You spoke, and we listened - the Peppermint Mocha is back! We have long been after a memorable mocha recipe. Those of you who have been with us for awhile may remember that time we attempted to melt and steam chocolate ice cream. Our espresso machine sure thanked us for that hot mess with a clogged wand and general crabby disposition during that time.
Remember our house-made ganache? Imagine Mike spilling an entire gallon of hot ganache in the back of his car while picking up the bus at 6AM in January. Yikes
Last year, we hit gold with the formula we use today to create an incredible mocha-latte, using our delicious Good Boy Blend.
This season, warm up while staying cool with our Peppermint Mocha - rich, minty chocolate syrup, melted into a double shot of espresso and topped with a decadent 8 ounces of steamed milk.
It’s a winner for sure.
